Robidoux Middle School s facilities include a library media center, outdoor classroom, courtyard area, cafeteria, sports field, administrative offices, computer and science laboratories, more than 25 classrooms, and art and music rooms. It is named after Joseph Robidoux, who was a trader and founder of St. Joseph, Mo., where the school is located. Robidoux Middle School has an annual enrollment of over 350 students in grades seven and eight. The school employs a staff of nearly 50 full-time, certified teachers and paraprofessionals that includes special education aides, speech therapists, social workers, instructional coaches, art and music professionals, and health and physical education instructors. Robidoux Middle School, built in 1974, is a part of the St. Joseph School District.
