Our Mission The Junior Colts were founded in 1999 to develop players for Parkway Central High School. Our mission is to instill a love of the game of football because of the many benefits it provides to the lives of those who participate. Our vision is to be the best football organization in the St. Louis region. We strive to accomplish this mission by teaching the fundamentals of the game in a positive manner, keeping it fun, incorporating valuable life skills, and putting the safety and well being of each player as our top priority.
