Kansas City has been good to O'Dowd's, and we love Kansas City. We first opened our hand-carved double-doors on the Country Club Plaza over 20 years ago. We kept those beautiful doors, but have given the old pub new life. We are modern and chic. We are inviting and entertaining. We are home to the Country Club Plaza's only rooftop deck for open air dining and beautiful views of downtown Kansas City.

came here with some friends last night, the heated patio is nice! went basic and got some chicken tenders but they were good, fries pretty bland. service was good!

So if you opened a can of Campbell Chucky Soup (Pot Roast) and then poured it over instant potatoes and served it in an oversized bowl them you would have the crap they served us at O'Dowd's. Sad...

Fish and chips was tasty. It tasted like real fish, not deep fried tilapia with no flavor. Slaw was spicy and a nice take on traditional. Fries were common; nothing special. Good service....

Absolutely the Worst server ever in a bar. We travel for work and go out all over the US. She greeted us with an attitude and it only got worse. There is a reason there are no patrons in this bar....
