Moog Center for Deaf Education provides professional education and outreach programs through speech and language pathologists and educators. It offers a parent and infant program that includes individual family sessions, support groups, informational meetings, toddler classes and on-site audiology. The center also offers preschool program that organizes various activities, such as listening classes, speech, vocabulary and development of connected language. In addition, it provides academic instructions in reading, math, science, social studies computer applications, arts, music and physical education. The center provides various clinical services, including picture speech intelligibility evaluation, early speech perception test and teacher assessment of grammatical structures. Moog Center for Deaf Education, founded in 1996, is located in St. Louis.
