Maintaining locations in Sikeston and Ozark, Mo., and Foley, Ala., Lambert s Caf was established in 1942. The caf s menu consists of a variety of chicken, fish, beef, vegetable, pork and dessert offerings, including chicken and dumplings, chicken wings, chicken salad, catfish fillets, shrimp, ribeye steak, burger, beef sandwich, corn, baked beans, cole slaw, pork steak, pork chops and country ham. Lambert s famous pass arounds include fried potatoes and onions, macaroni and tomatoes, back-eyed peas, fried okra, hot rolls and sorghum, and consist of servers providing 'pass arounds' at no charge to those ordering from the menu.
