HistoryOm Prana Yoga & Consultants started working with corporations integrating yoga and wellness concepts into team building, organizational change, and corporate wellness training. We continue to offer these beneficial programs to corporations in our new space in Parkville, MO. In 2014, we found the perfect space to open a boutique studio, in the heart of Historic Downtown Parkville, where our focus is to help students Energize Vitality~A Breath and a Stretch at a Time. A year later we expanded and opened our upstairs studio with much more room and opportunity. Restorative, gentle and beginner's yoga classes are the foundation of our space. All levels of yogis and yoginis welcome. We now also now offer yoga teacher training. 2019 We are investing in our community and have purchase the 159 year old 102 Main Street building for our expanded operations which includes a main yoga studio for classes, a yoga therapy studio, and a ropes wall studio.SpecialtiesOm Prana Yoga is committed to holistic wellness and restorative practices in yoga for beginners, aspiring teachers, or those seeking therapeutic or physical healing. Today, we continue hoping to inspire a change in lifestyles through the teachings and practices of therapeutic relief and a community of like-minded learners.
