People always ask me how we got our name Hercules. Hercules was my step dad, we were going to open this venture together but unfortunately he passed away before we could get it off the ground so i named it after him in his honor. It is to him that I give the credit for award winning Bbq. Hats off to a bbq general because that he was! ~ Alfea

Yes, please. This is truly BBQ- tender and the best assortment of sauces. Kiddos sandwich was huge and mine was going to be leftovers but I couldn't wait.
