Elite Nail and Spa is located in one of Arnold's best shopping centers. The Arnold Commons Shopping Center includes Elite Nails and several other great businesses. Elite Nails has a clean and comfortable store with more than 30 stations for nail services. It is a new and very comfortable facility. You don't have to have an appointment, although it is recommended. The nail technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.
