First of all, I am amazed that my apartment complex does not participate in a recycling program. Actually, it seems like a lot of apartments in CWE do not have residential recycling bins....

The biggest criticism is that it is difficult to find. There is no signage telling where their facility is located. I had to park in the area and walk around block before I found it.
