Villas

The Villas is a privately owned, licensed 80-bed residential care facility. It also includes a 51-bed nursing home that accepts private payments and Medicaid and veteran insurances. The Villas features an on-site beauty salon, barbershop, reception areas, studios, and private and semiprivate one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each of its accommodations offers a bathroom, television and emergency response system. The Villas provides medication management and respite and personal care services. It also offers speech, physical and occupational therapies and nondenominational religious services. The facility provides assistance with social issues through professional social workers, as well as housekeeping, transportation, meal and apartment maintenance services. The Villas is located in Desoto, Mo., and is a part of Otke Communities, which manages several residential facilities.
