History
We started out as a home maintenance, rehab and rental maintenance company. Then found that we really enjoy helping home buyers/sellers through the inspection process, helping find potential problems, and answering questions. As a small family business we pride ourselves in treating all our clients as family. Along with home inspections we are also one of only six inspectors approved by the City of Independence to do their new Rental Ready Inspections.
Specialties
We provide both Home buyer/seller inspections, and Rental inspection. We are one of only six approved City of Independence Rental Ready approved Inspectors. Among many certifications, we are also Certified Infrared Thermographers. We can do thermal imaging while we do you home inspection. We offer online booking of inspections, Radon Testing, Termite inspection and Thermography.
