HistoryWe began our getaways in 1992 before the internet. Now that guests can search for the type of experience they desire, it has become much more convenient to locate new guests. Much of our business today is due to returning guests.SpecialtiesWe provide scenic, rural accommodations, allowing rest, recovery and invigorating country activities. Our location is the Ozark hills atop limestone bluffs along the beautiful Gasconade River. Our cabins and cottages are secluded in the trees and allow guests to choose between fully modern cottages and rustic cabins in the woods. We have a private access to the river with canoes provided for our guests. Nearby there is a state Natural Area with hiking trails to a scenic Natural bridge. Guests hike, fish, canoe, explore, nature watch, or simply relax in the bucolic natural surroundings.
