After working under less-than-ideal management conditions, I decided to take my skills away from micro-management to find a more productive and, more importantly, inspiring and positive environment. Starting your own business has proven difficult but has paid off in ways I never imagined. I have full responsibility for the services provided, but I take pride in making those services the best they can be.
