HistoryIn 1952, the Yazoo City Housing Authority (YCHA) was established in accordance with state and federal law. The YCHA operates a wide variety of programs that are designed to provide affordable housing solutions to Yazoo County residents, and to promote community and economic development. The YCHA is a committed partner in the community's effort to revitalize neighborhoods and foster economic development, as well as to provide quality, affordable housing.
