The Clifton Townhomes complex is located about four blocks south of downtown Shakopee. The multi-building complex has a fairly nondescript appearance, but seems to be well-maintained. The complex has a freestanding parking garage for tenants' vehicles. All of the units are Section 8 (government assisted) housing.
