SPS Inc. Started April of 2006 as Sheehan Property Services. Later changing our name to SPS Inc. We are a commercial Property Service Company we specialize in power washing parking ramps, garages, store fronts and cleaning sidewalks. We offer Janitorial services, porter services, facility engineer, onsite staffing, painting, 24 hour emergency service and onsite in sections.

In 2005, John Sheehan started a company called Sheehan Property Service, incorporating in April 2006 and later changing the company's name to SPS Inc.. SPS Inc. started as a Property Service Company servicing both Commercial properties. Over the years we have offered a number of services, such as janitorial, porter day service, parking lot and garage sweeping, 24 hour emergency response service. As our company has matured, we specialized in power washing Sidewalks, Store fronts, Parking Ramps and Underground garages.
