Signal Barbers has been in the same location since 1955. Current owner and Master Barber Gil Garcia grew up on the West Side and purchased the business in 2010.

We are a full service barber shop conveniently located in Signal Hills Mall, right off of Robert Street in West Saint Paul.

Tremendous cut, quickly done. Possibly the best haircut I've ever had. Staff are quick & experienced. I recommend them very highly. Prices are reasonable, too.
