The Plymouth Rockers Performing Senior Chorus of Plymouth, MN has been delighting audiences in the Twin Cities since 1991. With over 70 members, all aged 55 and above, from 18 cities in the Minneapolis St. Paul area, this non-profit organization brings music to those who can't attend concerts by entertaining at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, senior high rises, business groups, church groups, and social gatherings.
With a repertoire that spans Golden Oldies, Broadway hits, Patriotic tunes, Folk songs, and Gospel music, the Plymouth Rockers offer a chance for individuals to reconnect with their musical journey, enriching their lives beyond work, family obligations, and retirement. Led by director Jim Anderson, a seasoned musician with a Master's Degree in choral conducting, and accompanied by pianist Ed Meddock, a U of M graduate with 40 years of performing experience, the Plymouth Rockers continue to bring joy and entertainment to their community.
