Our founder Mike Schatz's introduction to real estate was when he bought his 1st home in 1981 and felt completely uninformed by the agent he used which made the process difficult and frustrating. Mike entered the business in 1988 when nearly all agents, including the agent with a buyer, represented the interests of the seller of the property. Instead he focused his business on representing the Buyers best interests, being their advocate and negotiating the best terms that we could for each Buyer. As time has gone buy and Buyer representation has become commonplace our focus remains on our clients' best interests before anything else. We assist Sellers and Buyers of residential real estate, existing and new construction. Mike works with his wife Angela and three additional team members. We work to earn our clients trust, their repeat business and referral of their friends and family.
