History

We opened our first shop in November 2015 on Nicollet Ave in the Lyndale neighborhood. Every year we host a music event in September at our Nicollet location called Ramen Kazama Rama. Our stores are warm and cozy. The restaurants offer patio seating in the summer and are fast-casual style. We serve wine and beer and try our best to improve what we do every day.
