HistoryAlimama Catering LLC first started business in the Summer of 2015 at the University of Minnesota's Farmers Market. We focused on cuisines that our family is best at producing, Sambusas! After a successful summer, we built a food truck the following year along with opening a store front inside Metropolitan State University's brand new Student Center. We expanded our market by selling our products to other University's & Colleges in the twin cities such as Saint Thomas's Scooters & Saint Paul College's City view grille. Our Sambusa's are so good TCF Bank Stadium provided us a spot on the west plaza to share our taste to their fans! In a short time frame, we grew from Canopy set up at farmers markets to building Food Trucks, opening Restaurant, & serving our products at professional stadiums.
