North Central University, founded in 1930, is a Christian-based, coeducational residential university offering graduate degrees in arts and science. The university has various student organizations that offer academic, social, religious, artistic and community service activities to students. The university offers various research and academic programs to students, including Bible studies, fine arts, construction design, accounting, chemistry, agricultural, engineering, environmental sciences, forestry, business and public administration, pharmacy and pastoral studies. The sports activities offered by the university include basketball, soccer, cross country, gold, baseball, volleyball, and track and field. North Central University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, and is located in Minneapolis.
