History
LOCUS Architecture is a Minneapolis based design office, applying 40 years of hands-on experience designing and building in the country's harshest climate. Founders Paul Neseth and Wynne Yelland started in the trenches, spending ten years constructing the firm's own projects. Their innovative approach to design-based construction has continued with teaching appointments at the U of Minnesota and the founding of RAW (Real Architecture Workshop). Sustainability remains a focus of the firm, and has been since our first design/build project in 1995.
