About Us: Lions Share Maintenance is owned and operated by David Carroll, a St. Paul, Highland Park native. Crew manager Bob Neisen, also a St. Paul native, has been with the company since 2012 running the residential and commercial crews making sure the company's quality standard of service is maintained. Lions Share has grown by providing a quality service at an affordable price for both residential and commercial customers. Our History: Lions Share Maintenance services residential and commercial customers in the Twin Cities Metro Area. Beginning as just a Window Cleaning company, we have evolved into providing basically every service imaginable to maintain the cleanliness of the exterior of all residential homes and commercial properties.
