HistoryWe have recently moved to a brand new location in Eden Prairie. We are very excited about our expansion of programs and classes. We are very proud to have been in the Eden Prairie Comunity since 1999.SpecialtiesMy Gym offers fun-filled, exciting physical early learning programs for children ages 6 months and up. The children gain confidence and self-esteem as they develop physically, cognitively and emotionally in age-appropriate classes consisting of songs, games, relays, tumbling, sports skill training and gymnastics. Our Karate Program and Dance Program are the best. My Gym Martial Arts classes incorporate fun and fitness, as well structured, disciplined classes involve kicking, punching, blocking, stretching, running, and fun all put together in a manner that inspires our students to learn martial arts and progress through the years. For ages 4 years and up and our Dance Program is for ages 3 years and up. On the weekends we provide the best birthday parties in town. 1-1/2 hours of games, relays, puppet shows and so much more. We make planning the perfect birthday party for your child the easist on you as possible!
