The Indigenous Environmental Network (IEN) is a grassroots organization based in Bemidji, MN, dedicated to advocating for environmental, energy, climate, and economic justice issues in North America, with a particular focus on the rights of Indigenous Peoples. Led by Executive Director Tom BK Goldtooth, IEN has been actively involved in the UN Framework Conference on Climate Change and played a key role in the formation of the International Indigenous Peoples Forum on Climate Change.
