Franklin Library

Franklin Library, located in the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis, is a historic Carnegie-funded library that has been serving the community since 1914. Under the leadership of Gratia Countryman, a renowned library director, Franklin Library was one of the 13 libraries that contributed to the expansion of the city's library system from 1904 to 1936.
