History
Our story is one of opportunity meets great timing. For many years we have been looking for the right location to open a shop and on St. Patrick's Day 2008 all the stars aligned. The shop was stocked with most of the equipment needed so we just had to work out the right recipes. In what must have been an act of God, our first attempt at the dough recipe turned out to be the one we use today. Our crust is not like any other you'll find. It's what keeps our regulars coming back again and again. That and the fresh veggies and meats are what we are most proud of. We started off making Take & Bake pizzas and lunch-sized personal baked pizzas but recently added a new oven that allows more options. Now we can make any size: personal, medium, large or family either in our oven or get it ready for yours!
