Established in 2003, the owner ( Todd Hendry ) worked with several other companies in different capacities. He found homeowners being pressured into purchasing home improvements on one-stop sales call, and homeowners paying too much for an inferior products and poor craftsmanship. Only later to find the homeowner made a wrong choice because they were pressured without even knowing it. The homeowner never sees the sales person again and the company sends in contractors who do inferior work. We don't do telemarketing to maintain business; people refer or find us with no harassing phone calls. We have an employee on every job and continuously work with the homeowner to make sure the communication between homeowner & Best Buy Construction is active. We work with the homeowner's schedule to install and notify what they are to expect during the remodel process, from beginning to end. We can assist the homeowner to remodel and work along side them to complete the remodeling project, or we can complete the project entirely unassisted.
