Cedar Hills West was contructed in 1986 with 143 apartment homes and in 1987 Cedar Hills East constructed 131 apartment homes which today is a total of 274 apartment homes. The property prior to contruction was a gravel pit that was created into this beautiful scenic setting. The same owners that designed and built Cedar Hills Apartments own it still today.
