Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities (BBBS) provides life-changing mentoring opportunities for local youth. Caring adult mentors (Bigs) and children ages 8-12 (Littles) spend time together doing activities they both enjoy - riding bikes, doing arts and crafts, playing board games, or simply hanging out. BBBS staff provide professional support, coordinate activities, and ensure child safety. We are #BiggerTogether!

STEP - St. Louis Park Emergency Program

Known better by the acronym STEP, this local non-profit organization provides a food shelf, as well as other services to those in need. Some of those additional services include providing warm clothing in the winter, rides to medical appointments and housing assistance. Additionally, STEP features several licensed social workers on staff, and they are able to work with St. Louis Park residents to get them headed in a positive direction. After moving into a new building in spring 2010, STEP is poised to continue providing much needed assistance to the community.
