I've been there several times. The food is good but the service is hit or miss. The place has no "ambiance". The lights are so bright it's like sitting in a school cafeteria.

Horrible service. I was at a table, no one came by to acknowledge me or offer me a menu or even water. Other people came in after me who were brought menus. Nope, don't be coming back here.
