The Northeast Neighborhood Center (NENC) is the oldest continuously operating neighborhood association in the city of South Bend, Indiana. Established in 1968, NENC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public entity that promotes essential community services to the residents of the northeast side of South Bend.
