The Waldman Construction is a full-service commercial and residential property management firm. It owns and manages an array of properties throughout the Detroit metro area, in towns like Auburn Hills, Farmington Hills, Oak Park, Royal Oak, Berkley and Ferndale. Originally a construction firm, the company was founded by Saul Waldman; it is now managed by his son, Gavin Waldman, and its headquarters are in Sylvan Lake.
