The Village Club is a private social club that provides a wide range of cultural and dining services for its members. The Village Club is also involved in a number of philanthropic efforts throughout the Metropolitan area, and offers educational opportunities on a variety of topics. Prospective members must be recommended by a current member.

So prior to writing my "the truth hurts" review of this place, I have to comment on how it is listed under "nightlife." No no. This is women's club.. mostly elderly women. NOT A NIGHTCLUB....

Fraternal Order of Eagles

This service group has a building in the heart of downtown Royal Oak. It's a place where friends gather, fundraisers are planned and spirits are high. The FOE supports a variety of local charities. Members from Hazel Park, Royal Oak, Madison Heights and Clawson also get together on a regular basis for motorcycle rides.
