We got started as a small hometown gym with very little equipment and just a couple of group Fitness classes every week. Since then we've added over $30,000 of equipment, we have 16 Boot Camps, and 18 Group Fitness classes EVERY WEEK!

TH Fitness isn't your traditional gym with weights, we are a community of people that strive for a healthier, happier lifestyle! We have a wide variety of options to chose from when getting started! We have a gym with weights and cardio equipment, but also offer boot camps, crossfit equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, supplements, and online coaching programs! We have a little bit of everything so we can help anyone get started in their Fitness journey!
