Southwestern Oakland Cable Commission (SWOCC) Studios provides public, government and educational access television services to the communities of Farmington, Farmington Hills and Novi. SWOCC was formed in 1982, as the result of a joint operating agreement among the three cities and MetroVision, which was the cable service provider at that time. The facility has two studios, one with a 27 x 35 studio space and one with a 12 x 16 studio space, which are available for public access television productions. The studio is also available for rent to commercial users. SWOCC also offers DVD duplication and tape transfer services.
