History
Founded by Dr. Harold Furlong, a decorated WWI and WWII veteran, the PCAC works in partnership with other community organizations to create quality and inspirational arts programming. We serve the community with free or minimally-priced quarterly classes for children and adults in a variety of arts disciplines, performances and art programs. PCAC is fully committed to presenting the art of different cultures through exhibits featuring an array of work by minority artists. Housed in the first subscription library in Oakland County, PCAC is also available to rent for your businesses' or organization's event, or any special occasion, including weddings, receptions and parties.
