They do a great job. Clothes ready when promised. May not be the cheapest but they are worth any extra money. Have used since the new owners took over and for at least 6 years prior to that.

It's an extra $5.50 for any shirt with buttons other than standard plastic buttons. They do an average job. Completely not worth it.
