HistoryStep Above Learning Center was founded over 10 years ago by the one and only Angelia Weier. Her love for children and learning began as an In-Home Day Care owner in 1990. In 2002, she turned her small home-based daycare into a thriving business which has been successfully caring for children of all ages ever since. Angie brings with her directorship a loving family environment, a challenging learning facility for preschoolers and school children and an open door where families of all backgrounds are welcome. All children who walk through our doors find a second home in our center and we're happy to provide a quality curriculum with all the love, care and compassion of a child's home. Nothing can replace the love of a parent, but we do believe that
