Pennock Health Services and Pennock Hospital is a nonprofit, general acute health care system located in Hastings, Mich. It serves Barry County and surrounding communities. Established in 1916, its physicians specialize in anesthesia, emergency medicine, family practice, general surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pathology, pediatrics, radiology and urology. In addition, Pennock offers an adjunct staff that specializes in cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, pain management, podiatry and sleep disorders. The Pennock Medical Staff consists of physicians with offices in the Michigan communities of Clarksville, Delton, Hastings, Lake Odessa, Middleville, Nashville and Wayland. The hospital also has an auxiliary-volunteer program with 22 guilds and a membership of 250-plus volunteers.
