HistoryWe started as a Pilates Studio in 2002 with the Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair and small equipment private training. Before long, we had several classes a week ranging from Pilates and yoga to kid's dance and gymnastics. In 2008, we moved to a completely remodeled historical building on Bridge Street in Elk Rapids and grew as a wellness provider. Recently, we have narrowed our services mostly to yoga instruction so that we can elevate and expand our services in that area. With that, we have taken our classes and events outdoors to enjoy the natural beauty of this area.
