The store has an intricate inventory of quality items brought in from estate sales and also has consignment pieces. Its continous inventory turnover can result in hard-to-find collector's pieces at a great price. Refined does accept consignment pieces only on selected days and times. Rules for consignment include descriptions, photos and an in-store consultation. Refined has an online gallery that features some of its furnishings and decor sold only in-store.
