Founded in 1975, Catholic Family Services is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of social services to more than 22,000 individuals every year. It serves the residents of Allegan, Barry, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph and Van Buren counties in southwestern Michigan. The organization administers various programs, including transitional living, youth in transition, case management, adoption services and mental health counseling. Catholic Family Services offers a homeless youth program that includes skill development, housing, education and employment services.
