Pence Consulting Pence Consulting was established in 1992 as a full-service, consulting firm supporting all aspects of nonprofit management and fundraising. Services include direct consultative guidance, feasibility studies and surveys, training programs, coaching ( personal and telephone ), strategic planning and sponsorship of National Training Seminars. Pence Consulting specializes in Annual, Endowment, and Capital Campaigns along with developing fundraising plans and board and staff development. In 2000 Pence joined the faculty and teaches their courses nationally. In 2002, Carole J. Pence became a Certified DISC Trainer and completed the required courses to assist businesses and nonprofit organizations in using this tool to achieve their goals. The Fund Raising School uses the DISC in their Interpersonal Communications, which Pence teaches.
