History
Matador Restaurant was opened as Matador Drive-In in 1954 by Alfred Tejada and his son Raymond Tejada, Sr. In the mid-60's Raymond Sr.took over full-time and then passed the business down to his wife and kids in 1984. The business has been supported by many friends and family members who worked at the restaurant for a number of years. Even now, a quarter of the staff have worked here over 10 years. We wish to make our customers to feel like they are part of the family like our employees.
