Founded in 1864, Ludington Area School District provides a wide range of educational services and learning opportunities to the residents of Ludington, Mich. The district governs and operates various elementary, middle and high schools, offering different educational plans from prekindergarten through grades 12. Its schools provide a wide range of subjects in curriculum, including English, math, science, history, social science, world languages, visual and performing arts, agriculture, vocational education, physical education, and elective options. It also offers distance learning and adult education options, and English as a second language program.
