Went for an oil change, technician accidentally broke rear wiper blade. He brought it to my attention and they replaced it for free without being asked. They get my business!

After getting home I double check my oil, it looked dirty for brand new oil and I had over a quart to much. I don't think they change the oil filter Oh well it's $10 cheaper across the street...
