Gregory L. Rossi Jr. and Rodney J. Conlon have been working together for over 30 years. The Rossi Family ( Greg Jr.'s father and uncles ) wanted to retire from the family business, Bay Area Interiors, which they had owned and operated for many years. The old company was closed Greg Jr and Rodney pruchased the Freeland warehouse, office and equipment then they formed a new company Bay Area Specialty Flooring, a partnership LLC owned by Greg Jr. and Rodney. Rodney's experience over the last 30 years is primarily in the sport flooring/wood flooring field which includes synthetic and rubber sport flooring. Greg Jr.'s expertise is with commercial resilient tile and sheet goods, carpet and ceramic flooring. The combination gives Bay Area Specialty Flooring the "complete package" to service a broad range of commercial, institutional and educational flooring projects. The partnership of Bay Area Specialty Flooring LLC will continue on with the same tradition of customer care, quality and service that they have provided over the last 30 years.
