Huron-Clinton Metropark is an initiative of the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority. Based in Brighton, Mich., it is a regional park district encompassing Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw and Livingston counties. Huron-Clinton Metropark provides a huge variety of outdoor recreational and educational activities throughout the year. It supports activities, such as picnicking, fishing, swimming, boating, hiking, nature study, biking, golf, winter sports and a host of special outdoor programs and events. The Metropark is managed and operated by a seven-member Board of Commissioners.
